Polynucleotides can help by reducing dark circles underneath the eyes, improving fine lines on the face and neck, whilst stimulating collagen and elasticity, improving the overall appearance of the skin.

Polynucleotides are derived from fish DNA. They consist of a number of superficial injections using a fine needle (numbing cream can be applied to the area before treatment is administered). It is understood that Polynucleotides work by stimulating fibroblast cells which are responsible for collagen and elasticity.

From the age of 25, it is understood that collagen begins to deplete by 1-2% a year. Without any additional help and support to treat the layers of the skin, the skin looses it's volume, skin texture and the overall skin health declines. This can create sagginess, wrinkles and fine lines.

Results from Polynucleotide treatment will vary from each person and can depend on multi factors including the age at which you start having treatment for polynucleotides, lifestyle choices such as smoking or vaping and excessive alcohol drinking, and your skin/bodies ability to regenerate good tissue when stimulated.

If you have never had this treatment before, 3 treatments are required, 2 - 4 weeks apart. Once the 3 treatments are completed, a maintenance treatment is recommended every 4 - 6 months.

Please note: There may be certain individuals that are unsuitable for this treatment. For example: if you are vegan, pregnant, breastfeeding or if you have a fish allergy or sensitivity, you will not be suitable for this treatment.
