Why choose Cove Coast Cosmetics for your dermal filler treatment?

At Cove Coast Cosmetics, we care about your safety and ensure that our patients/clients are fully informed and educated when choosing to have dermal filler treatments. Dermal fillers are injectable treatments made from hyaluronic acid, a substance that occurs naturally in the body. They are used to restore lost volume, and enhance facial features such as the lips and cheeks.

At Cove Coast Cosmetics, we use the Teoxane range of dermal fillers. Teoxane is a premium brand of hyaluronic acid dermal filler known for its high safety profile and quality. These products are designed to support natural, subtle enhancements and are intended for use by registered healthcare professionals.

Teoxane dermal fillers meet the following regulatory and quality standards:

  • MDR regulated

  • CE marked

  • Product authentication systems to ensure product integrity

Dermal fillers are generally considered safe when administered by a qualified and experienced practitioner.

What side effects may i expect from having dermal filler?

These are usually mild and temporary and can take up to 14 days to fully settle:

  • Swelling at the injection site

  • Firmness in the treated area (this typically softens over the following days)

Less common side effects

Occasionally, patients may experience:
