Ensuring the Best Experience

At Cove Coast Cosmetics, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave.

​Please note, you may be asked to bring I.D. 18 + only.

Treatments will not be administered if deemed unsuitable.

 If you are running late please let us know ASAP as your appointment will only be held for 15 minutes and you may be charged. This ensures that our clients have the best experience and that other appointments are not impacted.

'No Shows' without reasonable explanation, are not accepted for rebooking.

Parking is available by the entrance. We do not have a waiting room so we kindly ask that our clients send us a WhatsApp message when they have arrived. 

CANCELLATIONS 

Please Let Us Know

A deposit of £50 per treatment is required to secure any bookings.

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment, we get it. 

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours before it is due and the deposit will be refunded. If appointments are cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.

TREATMENT PACKAGES

Where a treatment package is booked the full amount is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Package pricing applies to microneedling, polynucleotides, skin boosters and dermal filler treatments. Changes can be made to your appointment time or date more than 48 hours before the appointment is due, however, if the request is made less than 48 hours before your appointment, the treatment cannot be rescheduled.

Treatment packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
