Ensuring the Best Experience

At Cove Coast Cosmetics, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave.

​Please note, you may be asked to bring I.D. 18 + only.

Treatments will not be administered if deemed unsuitable.

 

 If you are running late please let us know ASAP as your appointment will only be held for 15 minutes and you may be charged. This ensures that our clients have the best experience and that other appointments are not impacted.

'No Shows' without reasonable explanation, are not accepted for rebooking.

Parking is available by the entrance. We do not have a waiting room so we kindly ask that our clients send us a WhatsApp message when they have arrived. 

You may be asked to provide I.D.

CANCELLATIONS 

Please Let Us Know

A mandatory deposit of £35 per treatment is required to secure any booking made with us. We will provisionally hold your appointment for 48 hours only and if the deposit is not received, then the provisional appointment will be cancelled/removed from our system.

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment, we get it. 

You can reschedule your appointment 48 hours before your treatment and the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, your £35 deposit is non-refundable.

 
REFUNDS

We operate a no-refund policy here at Cove Coast Cosmetics.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied, following your treatment, you must contact Cove Coast Cosmetics within the first 14 days (this includes weekend days). 

If we are contacted ​outside of the 14-day policy, additional charges will apply.

​Timescales are in place to maintain the best standards of practice as well as for your safety and the safety of your Medical Aesthetics Practitioner.​​

TREATMENT PACKAGE

Microneedling or Polynucleotides

Where a treatment package is booked for Microneedling or Polynucleotides, the full amount is payable at the time of booking (no-refund policy applies). 

Changes can be made to your appointment time or date more than 48 hours before the appointment is due, however, if the request is made less than 48 hours before your appointment, the treatment cannot be rescheduled. Treatment packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
