Service Description
An initial consultation is always required before any treatment is performed. Consultations are scheduled for 20 minutes and are free of charge. This allows time to discuss the treatment, assess the skin, check for any allergies and health conditions and a personalised treatment plan is created/signed. If suitable for treatment, a date can then be scheduled and the product can be safely ordered. Our practitioners may ask you to provide proof of age at your initial consultation appointment and again before the procedure is done. Cancellation Policy
To secure a treatment at Cove Coast Cosmetics, a £35 deposit is required which is then deducted from the total price on the day of the treatment - details will be sent in a separate email. Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. We appreciate as much notice as possible as we do not want you to miss out. Please get in touch via email or send us a WhatsApp message. You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, your £35 deposit is non-refundable.
